22 with 100lbs to lose.

I'm Sy, and I've been overweight most of my life. I developed an eating disorder in 2011 and I'm still getting out of my disordered thinking today.

I decided to create a MyFitnessPal to help me healthily lose weight and get on a good track to good health, so I could feel better about myself, feel accomplished with whatever progress I may make, be comfortable in my own skin, and track a healthy diet.

In the past years I've tried many crash diets and I've exercised for unhealthy amounts of time. I did harmful cleanses, and starvation. I've tried all of it, but I'm ready to put the past in the past and come out on top!

I'd love to have a few people to encourage and befriend, and even find encouragement from. I'd love to join a community of people who want to lose weight in a healthy and safe way. So if you don't mind me adding you and talking, just comment! Or add me. Whichever works. :)

Set small goals that are achievable towards your overall goal! I know you can do it, keep up the good work!

Thank you for the support! I'll say, it's good (for lack of better words) to see others that have done and been through the same things I have. It definitely gives me hope for a safe and healthy recovery!

26 here with 50lbs to lose (previously lost 75lbs with MFP but didn't do it sensibly so gained 35 back). So a 90lb over all target which feels daunting but hey. Going to add you because you seem like you've got your head screwed on but also (if your diary is open) for a kick up the *kitten* if you're eating too little (see previous lack of sensibility!):smiley:
