What did you weigh when people started noticing
-
Yeah hardly anyone in my family sees a difference it sucks lol
-
Thanks but I really wanted to lose a stone each month and came four pounds short this month so feeling very crap :/
-
Thank you all so much for your response :#
-
Ahh yes that is true :D
-
Wow thank you all for your responses! I realised that maybe I'm selecting unrealistic goals for myself after watching a show called "fat chance" where I saw a girl who started off with a similar weight as me and had lost almost 80 lbs in 3 months which made me seem like I should push myself harder. Also even though I'm now…
-
Wow well done B) :# :D :)
-
It just depends on the body for me my stomachs starting to slim down however my thunder thighs look exactly the same way it did forty pounds ago lol
-
-
Anyone??? Lol
-
Quick question everyone my starting weight was 246lbs now it is 212lbs. No one has noticed and I haven't too. When will the change become more noticeable???
-
Wow that is great guys I've been at this for about three months now and still cannot see a difference and no one has mentioned anything it's so annoying :s
-
Exactly what I was thinking this escalated quickly
-
Thank you all really appreciate all the responses :)
-
Thank you all :)
-
Thank you all for responding really appreciate it :) I hope that when I lose fifty pounds people will notice :s
-
Haha I was hoping fifty pounds all together would make a difference I don't think I can lose over eighty pounds before then
-
Change up your routine your body's probably getting used to the same excersize therefore not responding the way it used to I would suggest adding another excersize or increase the resistance on what your currently doing good luck
-
Hey keep eating the carbs I did and it hasn't negatively affected my weightloss as long as you eat within you calory limit so just don't over do it
-
Wow thank you that's true I don't trust my plan and your comment has made me realise most importantly I don't trust myself, never have. Thank you
-
Hey thanks for your response. I'm glad (and not glad at the same time) that I'm not alone in this because although it's good to know I'm not the only one going through this, I wouldn't want anyone else to go through it aswell! Who knew weightloss would be so mentally challenging!
-
Yeah that's exactly what I mean I feel fat and guilty. But that's because I am actually fat. (218lbs)
-
Thanks Alot for your advice!
-
Thanks for your response that's a really great question but I'm not too sure why I feel guilty I think it's because I work so hard at the gym and then eating is so easy.
-
Thanks for the link cheered me up :)
-
Thanks for your response the type of food isn't the issue as I've been eating a lot more healthier foods e.g. Salads/veggies/fruits and have cut out most fizzy drinks/chocolates. It's just whenever I eat anything for lunch or dinner I feel guilty. :S
-
Thanks all I just really wanna get all this off! So sick of being fat :(
-
Hey thanks for the reply guys but I thought if I do the same thing it wouldn't work for the next 2 months. Becoz my body will get used to it.
