Always feeling guilty
Does anyone else find themselves feeling guilty for eating? I've started my weightloss journey around 2 months ago and I've noticed even when I'm eating within my calorie budget I feel guilty when my stomachs full. Before this journey I could eat 3 times as much as what I eat now and not feel guilty at all.

Should I do 2 hours of cardio?
Hey guys I'm 5'6, 218lbs. I do 1.5hours (one and a half) of cardio followed by strength training depending on what day it is (arm day/leg day etc) Is 1.5hours of cardio enough to lose weight? I lose 1000 calories within that time. I do this 5 days a week. I'm thinking if I should do 2 hours. Pls help!
