https://eatwithclarity.com/vegan-poke-bowl/ This is my favorite! I actually eat a lot of bowls like this. Put whatever veggies you want in, make a sauce or by store bought (I like sweet chili thai) then add crispy tofu, rice/noodles. I eat bowls like this 90% of the time!

I've been a vegetarian for 4 years. I had previously lost 40 pounds prior to becoming vegetarian. I maintained for a few years but thanks to covid I've gained some weight back. I'm struggling to lose weight on a vegetarian diet. Would love more veggie friends on here to get meal ideas! I have an open diary.

Oh I'm in for this! I'm trying to get back on track and ten days seems so doable. My goals are: 2l of water a day, exercise 5 times a week, and stay within my calorie goal each week. Cheese is definitely a hard one for me and I also weigh it out to be accurate. I've never really thought to weight things like the bun but I will start doing that as well. I have a Fitbit with a HR monitor so I had assumed they were close

I was experiencing the same thing. 1200 is very low for calories especially if you are exercising. Starvation mode is a 100% a thing. For breakfast I love overnight oats with soy milk and coconut yogurt. I also add in chia seeds. I love vega protein powder as well. I eat a lot of Mexican style dishes so a lot of beans and a lot of quinoa as well. Feel free to add me. I have an open diary and would love more vegetarian friends on my feed :smile:
