It was a really good week until Friday and Saturday night which including eating out and some extra calorie drinking. Overall I think this is mainly water retention and once I am back on track, it will come back in line - at least that's the hope!1 -

Hang in there. My first week was a slow start - lost nothing. But at least I felt I was in control and doing something towards a goal.

A couple weeks ago I was under calories everyday and gained 2 pounds, the next week was down 3. It'll even out if you stick with it!

So I've really just been walking but the weather has sucked around where I live so i started to attempt "Insanity" I bought a subscription to beach body on demand. I am around 270's so it's hard and I have plantar fasciitis so it hurts but I know the only way I will ever lose weight is by working through the pain and the only way for the pain to go away is to lose the weight ! I'm just trying to stay accountable because this is prob my millionth try at losing this weight hah4

Lost nearly a kilo this week (~2lbs), which is awesome. Just over 1kg ( ~3lbs) to go.
Finding the calorie goal very manageable, and getting my walking in. Going well.
