I’ve never posted here or done any of the challenges. I’ve been a “elite” (insert eye rolls here! I hate that term but it kind of describes how important the sport is in my life) triathlete for about eight years, but I suffered a couple pretty serious injuries and haven’t been able to really train for almost a year. It’s killing me. I’ve gained about 15 pounds from where I was, which is not somewhere I wanted to be anyways. Looking forward to this challenge to try to get back on track. Thanks!

I'm in! I lost over 40lb a few years ago and then plateaued for over a year, but i've been stress eating and gained 10lb back. I want to lose this again by my birthday at the end of October. I'm logging properly again, cutting out the booze, and getting back on the treadmill. (As well as pushups, planks, squats...)

I'm in! This is my 2nd month back on track. Doing a calorie deficit and hitting the gym. This is great to keep the motivation flowing! I lost 18 pounds my first month. I'm setting my goal for September at 10 pounds.
