    After gaining back the 24lbs I lost before I’m thinking this will be a good way to get back on track!

    My goal is to lose 7lbs from now until the end of September.

    Hi All - My name is Kim and I am a wife, mom of 4 and a registered nurse. I love this one-month challenge. I'm getting a sample of the Plexus Slim for 1 week to trial. Exercise will be the C25K running program. I have to weigh-in a bit early d/t holiday travel - otherwise, Fridays are it for me.

    Goal for September will be 6 to 8 lbs.

    I travel quite a bit for work and September is going to be Very busy for me, so I think this challenge comes at a great time to help keep me on track! I'm going to places that are known for its food (Chicago, Boston, Pittsburgh) , so I need any help I can get! Shooting for 5lb loss!
