    I'm in! I lost over 40lb a few years ago and then plateaued for over a year, but i've been stress eating and gained 10lb back. I want to lose this again by my birthday at the end of October. I'm logging properly again, cutting out the booze, and getting back on the treadmill. (As well as pushups, planks, squats...)
    SO...
    My goal for September is to lose 5lbs.

    I am in! I want to lose about 10 pounds, but I’m in school and work full time so I will be a little flexible. ;) (I haven’t seen below 155 in over 8 years so any loss would be amazing!)

    After gaining back the 24lbs I lost before I’m thinking this will be a good way to get back on track!

    My goal is to lose 7lbs from now until the end of September.
    SW: 150lbs
    CW: 150lbs
    GW: 130lbs
    GW by end of sept: 143lbs

    First week back is always a little higher than usual so won’t expect 3lbs any other week but a good start none the less!

    I'm in! My goal for Sept. is 5 lbs. I am 6 lbs. away from my goal weight, and these last few lbs are being really stubborn. I am hoping these weekly check-ins will help keep me accountable and on track with my eating and exercise.

    No loss, but a short week and I'm premenstrual so at least not a gain. Feels good to take control again, and I'm Determined to push on for a loss next week.

    I'm in! This is my 2nd month back on track. Doing a calorie deficit and hitting the gym. This is great to keep the motivation flowing! I lost 18 pounds my first month. I'm setting my goal for September at 10 pounds.
