First check in and already off to such a great start that I feel I should modify my goal for the month. Then again, my weight can fluctuate so much that it's good to have this great start insurance for the days/weeks when the scale seems to not move despite my best efforts.

I should try to work out more. I’m finding it hard to meet my calorie goals on the weekends.1 -

Ideally I'd like to lose 7 lbs this month to keep on track with where I should be according to my mapped out plan to get to 159 by December 31. I lost almost 30 lbs in 3 months this year, but have really slowed down and even gained a little of it back.
