Hard week with a night out and other distractions, but squeaked in a tiny loss before things went haywire. Back on track for the final week, still a chance to hit my goal!
Week 3. 14/09:
Lost nearly a kilo this week (~2lbs), which is awesome. Just over 1kg ( ~3lbs) to go.
Finding the calorie goal very manageable, and getting my walking in. Going well.
NSV- skirt that is usually snug on the waist, fitted comfortably!
Week 2. 07/09:
Down 1 kg! (just over 2lbs) Very pleased to see some movement after period week. Been a good week, in spite of a social event midweek, managed to stay focused and on track
Week 1. 01/09:
No loss, but a short week and I'm premenstrual so at least not a gain. Feels good to take control again, and I'm determined to push on for a loss next week.
