It's a daily struggle. What's working for me so far is logging everything I eat best I can, and keep as active as I can.

I work crazy hours to and the food intake did me in slowly but surely. I'm finding tracking everything is helping so far.

I'm with you. Trying to drop 130 myself. Idea of surgery scares me so until I give it a serious effort I won't do it. Down 30 so far. Food tracker seems to help me the most.

Same boat here sometimes 7 days.. Been walking at some breaks and lunch, logging everything I eat. Keep at it

That's awesome and an inspiration. I think my biggest problem all along was not keeping track of what I'm eating/doing. Really enjoying this app so far. Do you box at a class? That's something I'd like to try

Weird that it doesn't have it on droid version. Right above my reply box there are options for bold italics etc far right is camera icon. I'm going on a bike ride this summer called "the Michigander". About 50 miles a day for 6 days. Hopefully be in much better shape by then. Concentrating on step counts and trying to log…

Think so. I see a camera icon on top the message box see if it works. Tried it and it does half marathon is impressive keep it up!
