Hi,
My name is Erin and I moved in with my boyfriend now fiance about a year ago and I gained 10 pounds. My fiance has terrible eating habits! He eats lots of Chinese food takeout, dorito chips, and Ben & Jerrys. I'm hoping that by improving my diet and actually working out I will achieve my weight loss and fitness goals. Right now I am focusing on staying within the carb, protein, sugar, and fat limit that are recommended on fitnesspal. I am also trying to workout at least 4 times a week. My ultimate goal is to have thighs like Demi Moore in Striptease. There's no reason why I should be able to lose this weight within the next three months and go from 127 to 117. Wish me luck!

    Good luck! Yeah a good diet along with a calorie deficit will go a long way! If you switch takeout for home cooked you will immediately notice a difference and probably lose weight cuz that food is usually much higher in calories
