Night shift nurse trying to get this weight off

I am a lover of the night shift but my 30s have become to fond of this extra weight. I love to exercise.....ya I know I'm weird. It helps my mood and is "my time." But I'm terrible about my food intake. So I just joined a challenge and just want to get control of this. Like I said I work 3-4 12hr nights a week, I am back in school for my BSN and I'm married with two kids. Just a tad busy

    I work crazy hours to and the food intake did me in slowly but surely. I'm finding tracking everything is helping so far.
