yes thats pretty much as i understand but you still cant go mad on the calories,someone with far better knowledge will explain much better im sure

i have to agree,i have joint problems especially my knees and last year lost approx 24lbs on calorie counting it made no differrence at all and was under the hospital gym and they did not imorove at all fast forward this year and am LC and my joints improved alot and i started to noticed as soon as i was 10-14lbs…

you see that's what i dont get,if im down 3500 cal a week on LC i will lose generally 2-3 lbs but when i was low fat i averaged 1lb mostly rarely 2 lb on low calorie the same deficit but i seem to lose more on LC

thanks,yes the weight loss is really good and so so pleased with it and admit im a little paranoid about any gain just feels wrong that ive stuck to it and had huge exercise this week (well for me)lol and ive gained ive still 20-24kgs to lose so a long way to go still

agree,in also in the UK and have noticed cauli rice etc in supermarkets it's still a pain to get a coffee with double cream when out though

great i was gonna ask simlilar ive lost 1&1/2 stone in 6-7 weeks and deffo gone down a dress size,so im really pleased so far but what i dont understand and you hear on here that somebody has lost inches but no weight,i dont get how that works

welcome,ive been doing this nearly 7 weeks,first two were the hardest and really was trial and error but read a huge amount and the sites are fantastic for information after 2 weeks i trimmed my carbs to < 20 and use net and as somebody said u up the fibre,some people get constipated i never have and my calories are about…

ok reporting back had 3 rashers of bacon,3 strawberries,and 2oz cheese up until 5pm then had a reasonable amount of salt in a glass of water between 5 and 11 had 8 measures of vodka all with slimline tonic got home has a little salt and some water and ate a protein roll with butter,sleep woke up feeling a little jaded but…

ha ha yes im in the UK and in the winter get our strawberries freight because our climate is to cold,anyway they are pretty tasteless but because im on ketosis and dont have sugar etc the first time i tasted one was so so sweet,i suppose because i had cut all the sugar

hi,im in ketosis,before i hated fruit but now i have 5-6 strawberries twice a week and are heaven,i dont seem to have a problem with them ,well not that ive noticed

dont take any supplements and atleast once a day

if your diet of food is so small and restrictive it's not going to be substanable,better to have more thus having variety and hopefully it will be easier and more enjoyable to stick to

although im not a vegetarian is still eat nuts,veg and keep below <20 a day especially as you can take the fibre of carbs
