I’m doing IF still in caloric deficit, work out 5 times a week. And I keep losing fat from my chest. It got to the point where I can see my chest bones, but the stomach area is still fat.

Maybe try no carb diet? You don't have to count calories in a low carb diet and you can eat whenever you want. I don't recommend it because I prefer to count calories and still eat carbs.

I quit smoking 3 months ago and I exercise to overcome cravings gym was a therapy for me. I'm slightly overweight so I decided to watch my calories and keep up with my exercises.

This is the same weight I want to lose! I already lost 1.5 kg. I've been workingout every single day for the last month. From my humble opinion, do cardio for 30 min AT MOST then lift weights. Don't do only cardio unless you want to look flabby.

I wasn't losing weight either, I tried intermittent fasting and started losing again. It might work for you too give it a shot.

I skip around 500 calories a day. I've been doing cardio for the last month and I just started weight lifting today.
