Why I’m not losing belly fat

I lost fat from all my body except lovehandels? I still have more 20 lbs to lose I don't know if I should just keep going and hoping that lovehandels go away eventually with the last 20 lbs or I should include special workouts for the waist area ? Is it possible to gain 10 lbs of water weight after a cheat meal? I ate 6 slices of pizza last night and gaind 10 lbs today!. It took me two months to lose 10 lbs and now gained it all back with 6 slice of cheese pizza like seriously ?

Sick and dizzy from preworkout drink
I took this pre workout and made me feel so sick and dizzy. I couldn't even complete my workout with this pre workout. I took this like 2 hrs ago and still feel sick and dizzy! I started lifting weights like month ago and I take two scopes of whey protein everyday.
