Hello everyone, feel free to add me . I'm a 50ish female trying to lose a few lbs. I've currently ust started doing Jillian Michaels level 1 video 30 day shred. Its rough but i made it through.

I wish it would list Jillian Michaels level of the 30 day shred. It has aerobics listed but this video includes weight training as well. It burns 200-300 calories depending on weight.

Spagetti squash and zoo noodles are what i use. The shiritak noodles always have a smell i cant get past. I use Raeos spaghetti sauce also.

I've found some good recipes on pintrest. I eat spagetti squash, eggs, any type of meats, greens, and I makw pizza out of fatheads almond dough recipe. I'm 6 weeks in and had a stall at week 3-4 ,they say it's your body adapting to the new life style. Mine lasted a week . Sometimes the scale does not move ,but the inches come off. Measure yourself☺

HI, I started my keto journey on July 16, 2018. I had quit smoking over a year ago and gained 30 lbs. I've done pretty well so far. I'm learning new things daily, most importantly is each of us loses at a different pace I stick to the basics that's what has worked for me. Sw 172 Cw 147 #ketolife

5'6 Hw165 Cw155 Gw125 Started restricting calories on 3/18/16 at 500 per day. I've lost 10lbs to date. I adjust to 700 at least one day a week to kick start my metabolism back up. I exercise 3 times a week but do not deduct the calories. It would be an excuse to eat more.
