  • Love that answer. I must agree that's a lot of my problem too! I got lazy. It was easier to say i don't have time to workout or it easier to just eat whatever.

  • I diary pretty regularly&&honestly. But it's not very healthy. I haven't had the chance to go back to the grocery store since I decided weight loss was a necessity.
