Here is three I made up but makes sense. It is easy to fail hard to succeed but by not even trying you have failed. You are your own mountain only you have the power to go for your goals. You can always achieve your goals just go for it.

Bit of advice either use gym on travels or better by power 90, insanity, p90x,t25 any of them be great I find the programmes and food much easier to lose weight gain muscle then the gym to br honest ad you find muscles you never you that you had T25 probably the best I can do this goal with you if you wish keep in contact…

Before and after pics from a week ago well happy was 268 lbs down to 261 pounds and I only got this app then next Weigh in is 29th March will hopefully have lost a further 9lbs as long as not gained or stayed some I am happy hey anything is better the nothing right lol.

Cinema then to a nice restaurant and if still goes nice perhaps a stroll along the beach having a chat win her s teddy on claw machine and if they is never a date to she call the teddy disappointed or huge let down.
