So this morning I got up at 4am, made coffee, checked my roast in the crock pot and then went upstairs and did a hip hop tabata work out! I loved it and plan to continue this! Thanks for all the replys and inspiration!

I'm talking about actually toasting the sweet potato and using it as a bread substitute. what I'm not sure on is if most ppl bake it or put it in a toaster. I'm sure its all about preference but I was just curious as to how most ppl do it.

I haven't been using a food scale but I have been using measuring cups, spoons, etc... I'm usually really busy and at dinner time I eat like smart ones, or lean cuisine so it's already measured out for me.

I am in the same boat. I've been eating boiled eggs every morning and it's getting to the point I can barely stomach them! I switched to an Atkins protein shake for breakfast. It has 15 g of protein.

I hope you're right. I started out 151 on friday...by Sunday 157! And yesterday n today was 153.
