I am supposed to be weighing in once a week but have been weighing daily. The fluctuations are definitely discouraging! I will be going back to only weighing once per week!

16:8, low calorie and scales not budging! Just want to give up!
I'm getting very fed up and wondering why I'm trying so hard for nothing! I started out doing adf and now have switched to 16:8. I eat between 1pm-9pm bc I work 2nd shift. Jogging/running is HARD!
I'm having trouble getting into the hang of jogging even with the c25k and other apps. Any tips or pointers for me?? And how do you breath?? Lol

What should I put as my activity level?
I work at Walmart Distribution Center as an order filler 3 days a week so I do tons of walking and lifting on those days. On my days off I usually walk a couple miles, clean and garden but also spend a cpl hours a day sitting around with the kids. What should I put as my activity level??

I'm doing elliptical and I have a total gym. Should I alternate my elliptical/cardio days with the total gym or do both on the same days? Wanting fitness and weight loss.

Scales not budging!
I have not cheated on my diet at all but the scales have not budged in a week. Could diet cokes be hindering my weight loss? I'm doing 1200 calories btw.

Not hungry!
I know it sounds crazy but I'm doing 1,200 calories a day and am having a hard time getting those bc i'm not finding myself hungry! Anyone else have this problem? I'm always at least a hundred calories short of 1200 and try to eat a fruit or veggie or something healthy to make it up even though I don't really want it.

fried foods
I am trying to eat very clean and eat tons of vegetables and lean meat. When I eat over at family's house which is at least once a week we have a dinner, everyone makes fried foods! My question is as long as I keep everything within my calorie goal on these days will fried greasy food effect my weight loss?

Activity level
I work in a factory and stand on my feet all day. I am constantly doing some form of movement the entire time but not walking just standing in one spot. Should I still put sedentary on my activity level?

Early morning Workout!!
For those who workout in the mornings what time do you get up and what is your routine? I Have to clock in to work at 5:45 am. Monday I want to start getting up earlier than usual, probably like 3:00 or 3:30 am so I have time to workout before work. I need some accountability partners!

Getting started is HARD!
I lost 30 lbs two years ago and during that time I exercised at least 3 times a week. I stopped and of course gained the weight back. I am soooo tired and don't want to do anything when I get off work! I know I have to start back but I just can't get motivated! Any tips/pointers/positive speech (lol)....anything?
