Cheat days.....or meals
Do you give yourself a cheat day or just one cheat meal? and how often?

activity level
I work at a factory where I stand for a few hours a day but sit for a few hours too. even while I'm sitting I am continually moving my arms...I do a little lifting. at home I do the usual laundry, load the dishwasher etc....I don't exercise a lot. What would my activity level be?

Losing inches but not lbs
I have been doing a 1200 calorie diet. Actually last week my calories for the week averaged more like 1100. I have not lost a lb but feel like I am losing inches. Anyone else have this experience?

I'm hearing different opinions on these meals. Are these good for weight loss bc of low calories and portion control or bad bc of sodium etc? also in your opinion which are the best/worst dinners?

What is your biggest meal of the day? and what time do you try to eat supper? I usually use most of my calories on supper and try to eat by 4:30 pm.

I have gone over my calories all week and probably won't be back on track until monday. how many calories equal one lb and do I look at daily or weekly calories to determine weight gain??

How much cardio should I be doing to lose weight? Is 3 times a week for 20 min sufficient or does it like everything else just depend on the person?

I am trying to lose weight. if i do....2 minutes fast....1 min regular pace w no resistance for 15-30 will I still lose weight on this machine? do you do resistance and at what pace do you go on the eliptical?

Cheat days?????
Just wondering who all allows themselves cheat days? Also how often and to what extreme do you go? like is it a free for all or just one meal.....etc. I had planned on having a cheat day last weekend that ended up a whole weekend of cheating and gained back 2 lbs!
