I am trying to lose weight. if i do....2 minutes fast....1 min regular pace w no resistance for 15-30 will I still lose weight on this machine? do you do resistance and at what pace do you go on the eliptical?

    You lose weight by eating in a calorie deficit. Exercise can help with the deficit, but you still have to make sure you know how much you're eating.
