I work in a factory and stand on my feet all day. I am constantly doing some form of movement the entire time but not walking just standing in one spot. Should I still put sedentary on my activity level?

Probably not sedentary. Try one step up from that (I think it might be called lightly active?) for a month to six weeks, and then assess whether you're losing as expected. If you get weak, fatigued, or have other negative symptoms during that time, eat a little more. Otherwise, stick it out (sometimes we see scale gains temporarily due to hormonal fluctuations or other factors, but it's just water weight - tracking/averaging through a whole menstrual cycle tends to sort that out).
Guessing that you're more active than reality can result in slower than desired loss, but guessing that you're more inactive than reality can result in under-nutrition and the health risks that come with it, so I'd recommend picking a higher plausible level to start.4
