There are alternative meats also, bison is a red meat, but much lower in fat than beef. Kangaroo too. Theres a plethora of game meats, you just need to google a local butcher.

I would use the average calorie allotment, but include more caffeine, and log how many calories burnt. On my wall, I include calories burnt at work, which is a lot. Feel free to add me, anyone.

I have the implant, and gained 30lbs since it was put in. If I don't start losing weight, I'll have it removed. Even worse, my period is now three weeks long. Ugh. I may switch to a copper iud.

Green smoothie with chia. Usually strawberry or strawberry banana.

Taco soup. It's very filling. It's usually topped with crushed tortilla chips and sour cream, but it's pretty low cal per serving if you skip that. Cilantro adds nice flavor. You can Google a recipe, just substitute extra beans or corn and cut back on meat to lower your kcal count. :)
