I used to be smaller and athletic. Then one day running up stairs got me so winded I had to go stand in a corner cause I didn't want anyone to hear me breathing so heavily. Plus (TMI) I found some old nudes and had a moment of "woah I used to be hot".

I prep my lunch and dinners. Nothing fancy. Steamed veg and some sort of baked protein. Takes me about an hour to prep and cook for three days worth of food. Why is exercise an issue?

I have a weird habit of snacking on ice or frozen grapes... Anyway! Yogurt and popcorn has become my best friend! Or you could try dehydrating your own fruit in your oven. I hear it's healthier than the store bought options.

Currently watching Deadman Wonderland again. I'd recommend "Monster" if you're into thrillers but it's very long and somewhat drawn out. Steins Gate is also a great thriller.

Don't set yourself up for failure, 20 kg within 3 months is way too aggressive. Allow the mfp app to calculate an appropriate time frame for that much weight.

I used to work at old navy. Two of my male coworkers would constantly stroll into my section and cut some seriously deadly farts during slow hours because it was a "funny way to pass time". It was a tiny town so it was a constant occurrence. :/
