Hello,

My name is Maria, I expend a lot hours studying and the anxiety makes me craving for crips and snacks... any suggestion?

I am 24 years old...

Fruit is my go to! But, there are things like yogurt, crackers, veggies, that will take away most of those cravings.

Trader Joe's 3 Cheese crisps have been my go-to as late.

Only 60 calories for 33 of the things. 33!

Cut whatever the snack it into small bits. Then you can pick at it while you study.

I have a weird habit of snacking on ice or frozen grapes... Anyway!

Yogurt and popcorn has become my best friend! Or you could try dehydrating your own fruit in your oven. I hear it's healthier than the store bought options.

apples & natural peanut butter, celery carrot & bell peppers with hummus dip, caramel rice cakes, pumpkin seed trail mix, tropical fruit salads (4 oz)...these are just a few things that work for me & you might enjoy.
