I’ve done keto for 2 years and it works but did not find it sustainable long term now I do flexible dieting
-
Coffee helps me intermittent fast ... no hunger pain
-
Not sustainable
-
Everyday ... usually a night before bed but I really need to change it to mornings
-
Sometimes you need to eat more because dieting for long periods of time slows your metabolism... so eating more can get the fire burning again
-
Avocado or maybe yogurt ... bulletproof coffee is another good one
-
Your not going to believe me till it happens ... while doing keto your tastes buds will change over time and you’ll actually enjoy and avocado. I hated them as well. Almost two years keto and now I have them daily. Same goes for dark chocolate 90%
-
Doing keto my tastes buds changed and now I really enjoy 90% dark chocolate ... but dark chocolate alone isn’t going to make you lose weight

-
I usually have 2 meals a day ... I eat when I’m hungry and eat untill my body say I’m full and stop. Usually end the day around 1600 calories but some days 1000 ... I do feel significantly better the next day when I’ve consumed 1600 to 2000 the day before. My main food sources are meat, fish, veggies ... almost no sweets and…

Thanks ... yeah I’m going to follow it accordingly The only reason I go to planet fitness is because it’s a 24hrs gym and I like to workout early in the morning. So I can devote more time with my family after work
-
That was super helpful and thank you ... I also belong to planet fitness in New Jersey. I’ve been using the smith machine for dead lift, bench press and squats without any issues. My routine is 3 sets all sets going fatigue and then with rest pause to squeeze out two more reps and it’s been going well. I was interested in…

Eat healthy quality food ... nothing processed ... cook at home if you can ... eating out many places use unhealthy oils. .. eat till satisfied and stop ... that’s what works for me ... and be active when you can ... something a small as walking helps
-
Use the same fight you had for exercise to fight off this illness and get your strength back ... good luck in your journey

I keep reading articles about the recent dangers with ticks ... I wonder what caused this ticks to spin out of control and be so harmful

I want to thank everyone that has responded to the posts I’ve been putting on this thread. I didn’t even realize i was under eating. Even though I feel good and get through my day just fine. My body may not be at its best nutritional balance. I’m gonna slowly increase my calories and see what affect it has on my body Thank…

I know because I put them into the app but not tracking them for a specific purpose other then reaching my keto macros daily
-
Is the 1500 calories for men on the standard American diet or you referring to keto ... for me that’s a lot of food ... the only reason I can now consume 2000 is because of the gym
-
What I do is add Himalayan salt to everything I eat and that does the trick ... but that me ... everyone is different so you’ll have to experiment yourself to see what works
-
I’m not one to give advice. I just stated what worked for me. Calorie counting isn’t for me. Doing keto was a way to naturally burn my own fat, while being able to eat until I’m full Everyone is different and has to experiment to see what helps them achieve there goal
-
No source or science ... I self experiment to see what works best for me .... I also fast for 12 hours which contribute to my weight loss
-
I’ve been eating anywhere from 1500 to 1700 calories a day and lost 50lbs in a year ... when I reach my goal and began going to the gym I upped it to 2000 ... either of those number don’t seem to be a deficit... right? I was eating significantly less calories when I was heavier. I don’t think the calories matter it more…

Root veggies are a no no for keto lol to many carbs
