Hey all. I'm on day 20- not stopping this time! Ready to get healthy and lose this annoying 25 lbs!!! 34 y o mom.....need words of motivation!

Lots of cycling- lots of long walks- and lots of calorie logging😁1

I don't do motivational speaks, I look for intrinsic motivation. Weightloss is slow, and weight management is a forever project, so whatever you do, it has to be sustainable. What is it about your new lifestyle that you like? Focus on that, expand on it. It could be picking up a new sport, or a new recipe. It could be saying "yes" more, or "no" more.1

Exercise and fibre are what you should focus on. Restricting food alone will make you weak.0
