Hello, everybody! I turned 50 in May. I'm maintaining a 50lb+ weight loss (just started year 3 of maintenance) with consistent food logging and daily exercise monitored via my fitbit. I have a few health challenges (the main one being celiac disease) but I still enjoy life and being fit! Have a great Monday. :)

Red! I've had it for almost 20 years (it was a wedding present- or, more accurately, I used some of the wedding $ to buy it haha). These days, I use it for making cloud bread and other gluten free things (I'm a Celiac). I'd love to get the spiralizer attachment for it!

Same problem... and of course on a holiday where I've gone WAY over in caloric intake but managed to do enough steps/activity to stay in my MFP goal range (yet I am seeing a big red number, boo!). =(
