Successes/struggles this week: After taking some pictures last week, I decided that I really need to incorporate some strength training and start tightening things up. My biggest problem areas are my thighs, butt, and back (bra fat). I'm starting with squats, planks, and working with resistance bands and an exercise ball. I'm taking before pictures today and hanging them up so I don't forget what the back of me really looks like. If that's not motivating, I don't know what would be.

Our school holidays have just finished and my kiddos have just gone back to school today, I had not made it to the gym for 2.5 weeks (single parent), so I went this morning. Feel so pleased to be back. But was bummed to have gained 2.5kgs over those two weeks. I know those will come off easily. But its a pity. Anyway, back on it.3 -
