My favorite brand of cottage cheese is Good Culture (organic). NOTHING else compares! My favorite mix in is Eden brand spicy pumpkin seeds.

I sent a request as well. Not sure if it went thru.

I like your goals. Wrote them down on a slip of paper and hung on my refrigerator. Thank you!

Why is WW deleting their boards?!

I found healthy recipes for things I already liked to eat such as pizza and Mexican food. I also stocked up on fresh, frozen and canned vegetables. When I am still hungry that's what I eat. Tell myself every day that I am stronger than I think I am!

You have beautiful skin tone and your skin looks healthy and smooth!

Look at your shoulders! Congrats!

You are stronger than you think! The first few weeks are grueling. I remember feeling so outta wackos having to weigh and measure and count everything that went in my mouth. Feeling angry and hungry. I promise you if you stay consistent the way you are eating will become a habit, the new normal. Also I find if I stay away…

Reminds me of the line from the poem do not go gentle into that good night - "rage, rage against the dying of the light." You words inspire that drive to continue forward towards that dim light of hope and truth. Truth of who we really are. No matter the battle we all are stronger than we think. Congrats on your strength…

Have you ever been to the food blog hummusapien? I tried her curried chickpea salad today. Best dressing I have ever eaten!

Google Diana Wehbe. She changed her life with a plant based whole foods diet. She teaches cooking classes at the local health food stores. Simple whole foods and delicious. She makes "buns" out of quinoa flour if she wants bread.

It helps me tremendously to watch motivational videos on YouTube. Also three things I say to myself every day: Love always, forgive everything and remember who I am. You can and will get thru this emotionally difficult time in your life. Just have to fake it until then. Don't give up 5 minutes before the miracle happens!

I was experiencing something similar. I joined a local gym and then a boot camp class and these ladies are so supportive. Been doing it for 14 months and the friendship and support has made all the difference.

I am going on 2 years and hovering around 200 lbs. Still more to lose but I am happy to be maintaining. Key to me is my exercise crossfit group. Tons of support there.

Amazing! I started at 315 lbs and I know the challenges mentally emotionally and physically. You are a strong woman!!
-
You are clearly stronger than you think you are. Well done.

I once weighed 350 lbs. I am female and in my 40's. I now weigh 205 lbs without altering my body with surgery. This July marks two years of changing my life. I wouldn't trade the struggle for anything. I have grown in mind and body. There is no quick fix.

Thank u! I really needed this!

Brag away! I have lost over 100 as well. I know how wonderful it feels. Proud of you. It takes grit to overcome. Be happy!

People want a gimmicks or quick fix. It takes dedication and consistency and grit.

I started at weight watchers at 315 lbs! Then I found a crossfit program thru my local gym. I'm starting my 14th month in that program. I also evolved into eating organic whole foods and now am trying this because weight watchers wasn't working for me anymore. I just moved so I have been eating out the last few days on the…

I hear chatter at work all the time about what new diet people are on. They never ask me what I have done to lose. They hear about it through gossip. I have found the only supportive people are ones who are fit and healthy themselves.

I have lost 110 lbs and no one wants my advice. It is supposed to be hard. If it were easy everyone would be doing it!
-
My go to meal is roasted spaghetti squash with turkey meatballs and marinara.
-
And thank you all for ur support!!

If I stay away from carbs and grains I do much better. Not only with weight loss but I don't crave food. Today so far I have had a non fat latte and veggies with protein. Later I will probably have a salad with fats like avocado and seeds. I work too darn hard exercise wise to keep eating crappie I know I shouldn't be!…

Awesome!! Never, ever give up! I don't know where I want to be. But at least down another 25 lbs. I hope this works!
