Im starting again today, after flunking out half way through June. I have had to alter my goals as the target of staying within cals was a trigger to binge. (My messed up head and eating disorder) So, my July goals are 1. Exercise daily. Nothing major though, as I can burn out if I push too much. I suffer with dreadfully…

Quick check in...yes x 3. Loads of exercise...about three hours in the forest. B)

Hi ho folks, Here I am in rainy old Ireland, and I actually have toasty skin from the last 2 days! The whole country is having a bbq and beach picnics. But, three x yes from me. @azsundancer in still here, logging and checking in with...em...5 pass days. Next month, I hope to make winners circle, or at least beat the 5…

Hey there all you georgeous June UAC people! Happy birthday @phoebelayla and @fightingthetideofaging In case ye are wondering, I have a blonde bob, but I got some blue right up underneath. I am front of house in a small rural office. It is actually illegal here for the boss to call me out on my hair. There is no official…

Late checkin here. Two x yes. I never got to do exercise, between dinging the car and getting told off at work for my hair!

Its my weigh in day and I have stayed the same. Tbh, thats the result I deserve. NSV, I found a hunk standing on my scales! Lol. I have tightened my belt and there are a few rolls shrinking from my back.

@pribud I did get your message. Im sending you lots of cyber "heal quickly" vibes. @shauna30 You get my vote for Wonder Woman! Can I come on holidsys to your place to get fed and foddered for a week. Lol. :D :D My report today: This is my 4th pass day. I tracked, but nothing else. My cals were 800 over and I got no…

@dangetshealthy1 lol! :D

@cheald13 if you are weighing every day, bear in mind that hormones and other stuff will cause weight to go up and down. Using a daily weight app like Libre might help. this app gives you an average weight over a week or so. Personally, I cant mentally handle seeing the daily fluctuations. It got to the point where my…

@anicamarie323 I was veggie for 24 years, pure plant based diet. No eggs or fish. I was never as slim as I wanted to be, as I could only feel full eating large portions of carbs. After I had my babies and finished 4 years of breastfeed I started to feel so run down. (Babies were all healthy and big and I had loads of milk)…

@chickensoupy I havent tried it, but I have heard a frozen mushed banana with berries are a similar consistency to icecream and give a sweet hit. But, try not to focus too much on low cal options to high cal food. The high cal stuff tastes nicer and you will end up using it again. It might be better to change your diet so…

@dangetshealthy1 I cant really add to the above great advice on snacks and food. But, dont be afraid to be hungry in between meals, or even to skip a meal. Modern society instills a fear of hunger, but its just a feeling like heat, cold, sleepiness. Yes, all these feelings have to be addressed before they become critical.…

I found this website really good. http://jjvirgin.com/?s=Menopause

@jcowell1964 I started with the June Accountability Challenge group. You make a promise for three things each day: weigh, measure and record all food and drink, sray within your cals and exercise for at least 20mins. There us great daily support from the team and leader. You will need to wait a few days for the July group…

@cheald13 Thanks for starting this! Im 43 and my baby boy will be 5 in Aug too. I have 11yo girl and 9yo boy also. I have 35lbs to lose in total, though it will take longer than summer! I started at the begining of June over in the June Accountability Challenge group. Fab support from the group and daily check-ins. Defo…

@aeshippers you may need to drink more water. Tiredness is the first sign of dehydration. The 8 glasses/2litres which is regularly mentioned is a minimum, in winter with no central heating or exercise. Weight loss uses up water too. Pee clear! You also might need to increase iron intake (leafy greens and red meat). With…

Mia for over 28 years. Im in my 40s and had it since pre teen years. I tried a few different therapies, but I really hate talking about it (typing is easier! I don't get to hear it out loud!). I would literally cry the day before thersoy and for 2 days after. Therapy was a harrowing experience for me. I really struggle…

@RangerRickL, that post reminds me of this song. You nearly quoted the first line!

@debodom1962 ikwym. If im going to have a treat I want to get value for the cals! Fine wine, high quality chocolate or other luxuries. Big congrsts to you on the NSV. @surfus, wow! Nice way to reclaim the day. Im sending you a clap on the back! @5cheetahs and @RangerRickL thank for the support. I know there were lots of…

I couldn't have written that better myself! Wish I could write to each of you, but I only have time for a quick check in. Yes, yes and yes. I was swimming and running today. So 90mins of heavy.breathing. Food was lots of spinach and clean home cooked chicken. I am still clinging on to the wagon!

Judt a quick post ("thank goodness", UAC group says!) Three yes's for me today. @bocasdelbobdog , sometimes there's just too much blood in your alcohol system. There must be a bit of Irish in you :D

Hi June UAC buddies, Well, last time I checked-in was Saturday morning, after my third pass day on Friday. I was very unmotivated that Saturday morning and struggling to pick myself up and get back on the wagon. However, I read all your lovely supportive and inspiring messages on here. As a result, I exercised my heart out…

This is what I feel like today. Someone kick my *kitten* please!

late check in for me too, as its Saturday morning. Yesterday was my third strike. :'( We have a family tradition of pizza and chips (fries, if you are west if the Atlantic). I had prepared to make a spinach and salmon frittata, but caved in once the pizza was cooked. Also, it was pelting rain all day so I got no exercises…

@bocasdelbobdog Ikwym! I dont do fun runs very often, but when I do I like to notice the younger ones coming in behind me (and ignore the hoards in front!). Come to Ireland- no snakes here at all, though that was a nice bit of nature to witness. @pribud I don't know how you got through the day with 3X Yes. Impressive. I…

@learntolovetheburn15 I'm impressed at the fact you stopped at 1 piece of toast, not 2. And a half ans sandwich and a half a sausage roll. I would have had it all! Whats done is done. Enjoy the splurge and move on. One setback does not need to throw you off track. The question to ask is why did you eat...what was the…

Here is my post again! It's been a week now and I'm down 2lbs. Ziploc food bags are great for waterproofing the phone on a run. (Cant remember who had to cut their exercise short because if the rain) Who asking about playlists/music? Spotify is great for playlists for all sorts of moods and exercise. Theres also some good…
