I went to the cdc site and used the BMI calculator. It says u would be at a healthy weight somewhere between 136 -184

myfitness pal sets your calorie goal for u based on your goals and how much excersise that u get on a normal basis. I think the lowest it goes is 1200 calories

I was going to ask the same thing:-) I'm on day 3 of working out and I'm in so much pain, but its just a LOT of sore muscles. I asked my husband last night about when the pain will go away and he says about 1 week. I sure hope he is right!!!!! I cant believe I'll be working through this pain.

this morning my kids had a French toast bagel with sunbutter ( made from sunflower seeds) I think they like having the sunbutter because it sticks to them (protein)
