start out with body weight exercises and as you get stronger start adding weight :)

I usually have a small tortilla filled with chicken and guacamole, tomatoes, and spinach. with some veggies on the side :)

I track both cause in MFP it has both. I just care more about the macros then my calories. But I normally eat around 1600-1700 a day.

If you do macros, how did you customize them to fit you? I losing body fat but not sure when I should change them. Or if I even should.

I feel when I was doing calorie tracking I was obsessive over the number. While counting macros I am better at finding food that would help fill me up for longer. More dense food.

I have actually never been to that site before...

I love it cause I get ice cream every night :) haha

my macros are 213Carbs/57Fat/85Protein but i eat about 1700 calories a day! it took some time and you just have to play with the numbers. start with the 40/20/40 and see how your body reacts, then adjust accordingly :)

i have been in one for 2 years. i honestly was one of those people who thought they could never last, but now i feel completely different. yes it has been hard but so worth it. after two years we only have 1 more month of being long distance. you just have to be honest with one another. talk, everyday! share how you are…

honestly i feel a huge difference! i look and feel leaner after a week of using IIFYM. i have lots of energy. a definite benefit for me is, on heavier workout days, i can eat lots of carbs to help fuel my workout. but still not go over my macros for the day. i love being able to see what food has what nutrients!

i use iifym and dont track calories. for me its easier to "count" my macros that are set. its basically the same as counting calories as you do count still. i think its easier to do macros because it shows you the nutrients you are getting from each food, not just calories.
