Clubbercise run brilliant classes in the dark! It's mostly dancey aerobics with glowsticks. Nobody can see you then, so no need to feel self-conscious.

I used them a couple of years ago for about 3 months- following the 321 plan- and they did work wonders. On the Hello Fresh website you can download the recipes without having to pay for the subscription. Their portions are huge, and mostly consist of veg. The veggie meals tend to average 600 cals.

YouTube how to use some of the equipment properly as well. It was one less thing to worry about when I first started.

I like them for breakfast on the go and also if I've fallen off the healthy eating wagon. They're good for breaking bad habits. Not very good for the long term though as they're just not that filling!

It works out about £6 per person per meal on the veggie option. We're building up a pile of recipes that we love so that we will eventually stop it.

Hello Fresh is amazing for this too. They're designed to be healthy balanced meals rather than diet ones, so it averages around 600 calories a meal. I do a cardio class on a Sunday morning and when I'm running late I skip breakfast before going. My performance massively drops and I just don't have the energy to do it properly. A couple of hours after dinner is my happy time :smile:
