If your drinking does it really matter ? Stick to lite beers and neat alcoholic beverages..1

I have a vodka and OJ a several times evenings per week. It hasn't hurt me so far and I've lost 24 lbs in the last two months. I tend to lose weight the next day from the nights I've drank. I guess it dries me up. And I don't eat as much.1

I like vodka, soda & lime if I'm wanting not to 'spend' many calories on alcohol.1

i drink beer (usually heavy dark beers), champagne, whiskey, wine... i just make what I'm drinking fit.1

Vodka is a huge Yes! I love it with my Sprite Zero and a fresh twist of lime. I also have cut back to Michelob Ultra, it is the best beer for your buy. I warn you though if you where a craft beer nut like me, it took sometime to warm up to the Ultra.

Vodka mixed with anything & Coors Light...I'm more of a volume consumer so if I try to drink heavy beers, I'll have 6 of those just like light beer...
just make sure you account for the calories and it works like anything else.1 -
Gin and tonic.1

Vodka and lacroix is good! That way you are getting some hydration in too :P0

Vodka and magnesium citrate. Clean ya right up. Low calories too!1

To my knowledge vodka has the lowest calories out of all alcoholic drinks1

A Harvard study shows that moderate tequila use can lead to weight loss because of the Agave used in it.1

Isn't there a new study that shows diet soda makes you gain more weight?

The nearly 30 pounds I lost in the last year suggest otherwise. An article on Jillian Michaels' website isn't a study - there's nothing in that article other than "research shows..." without links to said research.
Also, diet soda isn't bad for you. Another member here just posted this: http://seriecientifica.org/sites/default/files/scl_enc_butchko.pdf
Aspartame and other artificial sweeteners aren't dangerous.

Vodka soda with lime. I keep Crystal Light in my purse to add to the drink.0

Vodka, gin and lite beers are the second best options, after abstaining if course!

I enjoy the occasional nice Islay Scotch neat or a dry red wine. Unless I'm looking to get white girl wasted. Then all the drinks. Followed by deep fried food and a trip to McDonalds and a day of me hating myself and my life. I don't get white girl wasted much.0
