  • I have a ton of joint problems and am finding these answers really interesting. I just wanted to add that I found enormous benefit from cutting out artificial sweeteners. The difference was unbelievable.
  • Ikea does a measuring jug which has cups on it. I find it incredibly useful as some of my favourite recipes are from the US and aren't metric :/
  • I made Jamie Oliver's chilli con Veggie this week. Tasted amazing and worked out at 80p per (generous) serving. Reheated really well, just as well as it made 10 servings lol!!
  • I made Jamie Oliver Chilli con Veggie this week. Tasted amazing, worked out at 80p a (generous) serving and reheated extremely well. Lunch wise, do you eat eggs? have you looked at the little mini frittatas? They can be eaten cold with loads of veg inside and are low in carbs.
  • The best Roast Chicken you'll ever have! Take 2 apples + 1 small onion and cut in half and place in the bottom of the pot. Then put 4/5 balls of tinfoil in too. Set the chicken on top and cook on high for 4-6 hours or low for 8-10. It literally falls off the bone and tastes amazing :)
