Try making lentil tacos? Inexpensive and surprisingly delicious plus protein. Lots of recipes online but all you really need at the very least are lentils, water and taco seasoning. I always add chopped garlic and onion to mine.2

For breakfast this morning I made avocado and eggs! It was amazing!!! The best thing I have eaten for breakfast in a while.
All you need to do is this......
Cut avacado in half, remove stone and scoop some of the flesh out (not all of it), season with salt and pepper, crack an egg inside the avacado, sprinkle with paprika (do the same thing for the other avacado half) and bake in the oven at 425 for about 20 minutes.1 -

I made Jamie Oliver's chilli con Veggie this week. Tasted amazing and worked out at 80p per (generous) serving. Reheated really well, just as well as it made 10 servings lol!!0
