  • You can add me too. Been working on gaining due to some health issues. Currently I’m about 122lbs and started at about 116lbs. My end goal is probably 130.
  • You can add me. I log very consistently. Breakfast and lunch tend to be the same but dinners can get creative. I use the recipe builder a lot.
  • Feel free to add me. I'm 29. 5'3.5", goal range 125-128. I'm at the high end now, so working with a small deficit, but will be maintaining soon. Started at about 198lbs.
  • Good luck! Just give it some more time. I did just that, ate mostly at maintenance and allowed breastfeeding to be my deficit while being active. I usually consumed around 2000+ calories per day. In my experience my weight didn't really start dropping at a steady rate until after my period returned, darn hormones! Keep up…
  • Same height, 133 pounds, and 28 years old. I eat anywhere between 1600 and 2100 depending on my activity level that day. I use a titbit and that adjusts my calorie allowance. I'm slowly working my way to maintenance at the moment, but still losing about half pound per week.
  • Loe love love Fitnessblender. I workout with them 5 or 6 days a week. They are affordable and has helped me get super fit from home!
  • Awesome transformations everyone!! Congrats. I'm usually self conscious about posting pictures, but here it goes. I've lost +60 pounds since April 2015. Didn't take before pictures atvthat time. Wish I did. In these pictures I started at 167lbs and am now 135.
  • Same. Mine stopped working after the last update. Big pain
  • Sometimes. Depends if I feel hungry or not. Most days there are about 200 or so left over. I have been losing at my intended rate or slightly faster.

  • Hi. Congrats on the new baby! It's been awhile since I had my LO, 20 months actually. I also had 60 pounds to lose after having her and have successfully reached my goal! Feel free to add me for inspiration.
  • I'm allergic to both dairy and soy too. Feel free to friend me and you can peak at my diary. Generally my macro ratios I strive for are 40 carb, 30 protein, 30 fat. I also eat a lot of fruit but a lot of my protein comes from eggs and fish. I incorporate a lot of veggies as snacks to help keep me full.
  • I agree with previous posters. Make sure you are logging correctly. I thought I was doing everything right , wasn't losing the weight, then I bought a food scale. And the weight has been consistently coming off.
  • Your husband had no idea what he's talking about. I agree with previous comments. Lift NOW! I started lifting at 198lbs after having a baby. I am now almost at my prepregnancy weight. I am smaller and look much better than I did before baby. Get to lifting!!
  • I have just kept with an average macro ratio of 40% carb, 30% protein, 30% fat and have felt great.
  • When I was nursing my daughter I consumed about 1700-1900 calories. My supply didn't suffer and I lost weight.
  • I finally bought one this week. Boy was I shocked at the difference in calories. I have been losing very slowly at about 1lb per month and now understand it's because I've only been eating slightly below maintenance. A food scale is definitely worth the money. Takes all the guess work out.

  • Cute picture! Give it some time. Set MFP up right and follow whatvit tells you. My little lady is 18 months and I still have 8 pounds to goal weight ( gained over 60 during pregnancy). It takes time. Good luck. Feel free to friend request.
  • I've been using MFP for over a year now, time for some friends...lol
  • I eat 100% dairy free and have found a lot of good recipes/ substitutions. You can add me.
  • I'm only 5'4", but very active. I usually eat about 2,000 to 2,200 a day. I have lost 50 pounds so far and only 10 away from goal weight.
  • Working mom here with a small house. I have one closet to hide my workout equipment in. I have a few sets of dumbells, an adjustable 60lb set, and some ankle weights. Currently saving for power blocks. Fitnessblender.com has become my go to training website. Great programs and awesome results! Good luck on your journey!
  • Fitness blender fan here. Completely changed my life and how I workout. I definitely recommend you check them out.
