8/12 Didn't post as I was in bed not feeling well yesterday. I was under goal, walked early in the morning before I started feeling sick. Other goals not made. But hey there is always today!!

I tried LCHF a few months back and did t do well. I think it was bc I wasn't really ready or prepared. I started, along with my husband, last Monday and am stoked!!! I just started keto/ IF 8 days ago and am down 9 pounds. I love it!!! I wish you all the best of luck no matter what method. Anyone is welcome to add me as well.

I too am fasting and keto. I'm not as strict as most. In the morning 7-8 am I have a cup of coffee with cream. Between 11-12 if I want something I may have something small like a piece of fruit or tuna pouch. Then 4-7 pm eat the most. Started 8 days ago and am down 9 pounds. Anyone is welcome to add me. No judgement here. I also have depression and anxiety. Was dealing with insomnia and other sleep issues but after a sleep study and diagnosis of sleep apnea I now use a cpap machine and am sleeping well. Sending a request your way!

It took me a couple weeks to get fully use to it. I also hit the button to lower the pressure and it gradually increases without you noticing, it is called ramping. I didn't like the full mask over mouth and nose and the small nasal mask was a no go due to sleeping with my mouth open. Some can use it but I didn't like it.…
