I buy village hearth bread- 45 calories per slice and village hearth buns- 80 calories

🙋♀️ I hula hoop for up to an hour. I change direction every 5 minutes, do squats and walk around. I'd like learn how to do more. It's a 2lb hoop and I just hoop while my husband and I watch a show after the kids go to bed.

Each time I go down I go to thrift stores! I get myself a few things! It's way cheaper and I feel so much better in clothes that don't sag

My fit bit counts it as steps which equals out to be just under how many calories are burned each minute. I think it's average 7 per minute but my fit bit gives me 3 to 5 depending on heart rate so I use that in case it's over estimating

I'm 5'2" and my biggest was 185. I've been hovering around 150 for 5 years and I started trying to get down to 115 to 125 back in November. I'm down to 128.6 but I've been working out to tone as I lose so now I'm just kind of seeing where I will end up. I still have some fat that needs gone! ☺

I definitely maintain a deficit during the week so that makes sense because I went over both days this weekend except I didn't have my food scale. I still measured liquid things but as far as other items that didn't have labels like cheese, meat, bread I guestimated. There's just so many things out there that say do this…

I LOVE hula hooping! I use my fitness hoop that I purchased at Walmart! I try to do a minimum of 10 minutes every day. I would love to get more into it rather than just standing in one place!

Yes! That's how I would describe it looked bumpy and almost saggy. This morning was better, lost .5 pounds so nothing significant. I've been extremely thirsty today and going to the restroom a lot so I'm interested to see what will go on! I usually drink 100 ounces a day of water and today I'm almost up to 150
