I am not looking to lose weight, as I am a female bodybuilder. But I am also college aged, actually starting my third year in a few months. I mainly do strategic weightlifting, and I also post all my workouts. I'll add you guys.

I find it not to really matter if your diet is in check. Although exercise helps with reshaping your body, such as weightlifting, most results come from the diet. It is better to underestimate the calories burned, depending whether or not you eat them back.

Hip Thrusts all the way! Go heavy most of the time, and make sure to gradually add more weight. Stiff-legged Deadlifts are great, but make sure to squeeze the glutes instead of the hamstrings. I got my waist to hip measurements to 25 inches x38 inches by training glutes 4x a week.

I'll add everyone. I am not trying to lose weight, as I am working on gaining as much muscle as possible. Twenty-year old female bodybuilder.

Added you.

Kayla Itsines program is popular, although I disagree with her as a person. Pinterest is always a good way to get easy routines. Pinterest has hundreds of different types of workouts you can do, and is awesome for fitness in general. My overall opinion is that it is not so much having the perfect routine as it is just…

I understand. I used to be in same stuck position. However, you look completely average. Kudos to you for wanting to be strong and increase fitness levels. What changed my figure to be lean, muscular, yet curvy, is strategic weightlifting. It is important to work all body parts equally, but you can put emphasis on the…

I'm 5'9 and am somewhere between 129 lbs and 133 lbs. I actually was struggling with being underweight for two years, but through bulking and weightlifting I have gained several pounds in pure muscle. I do not really have a goal weight, but I want to keep a low body fat percentage. My measurements are 30x23x36. My thighs…

I feel that this is should be just what is expected for the fashion industry, neither good or bad. In fact, this is my favorite from any body-positivity campaign. A healthy woman was chosen. Neither overweight or underweight. Not saying those body types are an indicator of health by the way. Models are a mannequin almost.…

Add me! Some information about me is that I'm a previous triathloner and powerlifter. Nowadays I do bodybuilding, and some cardio for health with the occasional Crossfit. I also post my workouts every time I do them.

Feel free to add me! I'm very physically active with weightlifting, and also post my workouts each time I do them.

A whole-wheat tortilla with melted peanut butter, then with a bit of greek yogurt and a banana. It is rather calorie dense, so I recommend cutting the serving in half.

Please add me! I am looking for friends who are into weightlifting, and not necessarily aiming to lose major amounts of weight. Even if that's not what you are doing, I'm open to any type of friend. :)

My story is a bit everywhere. I have been 98 lbs and 155 lbs at 5"9. I'm currently underweight at the moment, and am attempting to gain weight in muscle. I used to be a cardio bunny who rocked triathlons, only to turn to powerlifting. The past nine months have been focused on weightlifting and building muscle, which I did.…

If you are unable to build muscle mass, you can still make great strides in strength. I would recommend a balanced routine of compound exercises such as squats, deadlifts, and bench presses, which are then followed by isolation work. If you are interested in more information, feel free to message me. If you are looking to…

Please add me. I'm looking for friends too.

I am also looking for friends too! Some information about me is that I previously was a triathloner and powerlifter. Nowadays I focus on bodybuilding, and just do cardio for health. I always post my workouts and am very active on here.

Please add me! Some information about me is that I was a triathloner and powerlifter as a teen, but now do bodybuilding. I am currently not trying to lose weight, as I am trying to gain weight in muscle. I also post my weightlifting routines every time I do them, which is four times a week. I would really like some…

Normally it takes 3,500 calories to gain one pound. It is up to your workout regime whether you will gain fat or muscle. So if you eat 2,000 calories a day, try adding 300 calories, so 2,300 a day. By the end of the week you should be gaining a pound to two pounds. If you really feel up to it, you can try to eat that much…

Normally I try to balance having a productive and lazy day. I feel the best when I get some stuff done, such as writing or drawing. When I lay in bed feeling emotionally yucky I tend to ruminate. But then in the evening I paint my nails, use a face mask, exfoliate, and watching silly movies. Also I dress a bit nicer that…

This is very interesting on seeing someone else's tracked progress. I am also on maintenance and am debating bulking in the near future, as I am underweight. I think I may take my tracking more seriously now.

I am underweight, but still suffer from serious food cravings. Triggers for me are not eating enough the day before, then feeling ravenous after my morning weight-lifting. Also whenever I see people eat foods that are delicious but super unhealthy, I get bad anxiety and feelings of wanting to gorge myself. Also I have…
