Are any exercises available for people who are unable to build muscle mass? Is dieting even possible for me? Any ideas or tips will be appreciated.

If you are unable to build muscle mass, you can still make great strides in strength. I would recommend a balanced routine of compound exercises such as squats, deadlifts, and bench presses, which are then followed by isolation work. If you are interested in more information, feel free to message me.
If you are looking to improve strength, it is important to get adequate nutrition to have energy to lift heavier. However, you can still do that on a deficit.0
