Heck yeah that sounds awesome!! I really don't worry too much about the percentages just I was 290lbs 2 years ago and def do not want to go back to that I'm 178 range now and with working out 3x a week I feel so much better about myself and just everyday appearance

I mean yeah I can go to mcds grab some nasty grease burgers and gain that way but I need a better way

I just was going thru what I read. Probably am never really worried about it before but trying to gain a cpl pounds trying to go from 3000-3100 to about 3600 to see if that helps but it's very hard to try and eat like that without filling up fast

Yeah thanks alot!! I love doing all kinds of push ups resistance is awesome I have found I do battle ropes in the basement and some core six pack shortcuts is an awesome workout. That's where I learned most of my moves for weights and cardio also

Awesome man I'm the same exact as you are started out at 290 6ft and now I'm at 178. Been a couple years now I'm trying to lift and lift but no gym time so I do what I can at home it's worked for now so il keep at it. Keep up the good work!! 1

I lost 110lbs over the passed couple years and have maintained very well at 3000 calories I have what you call a 4 pack lol some what of a 6 pack you can see after a good workout. I too would love to kno exactly what kind of good foods to eat to help out on cardio days and weight lifting days. Need a change up of ideas

2 boiled eggs, 1 serving and a half of frosted mini wheats with 2% . 2 pieces of toast with natural peanut butter and jelly

Thank you I try but it seems to be hard. Tho I get full faster but I have been trying to gain good weight and muscle , but don't feel taking any of the powders are good
