Hey there,
I weighed 290lbs at 2 and a half years ago now I'm 180lbs been doing some strength training also cardio 3 x a week just mix it up but I'm trying to gain some healthy weight since I've been doing really well eating 5 -6 times a day about 2500 to 2900 cals a day but I can't seem to put too much on an ounce here or there and that's about it. Thanks for the help

You aren't gaining because you aren't eating enough. Most of us maintain around the 2800-3000 mark, so you probably need to bump up another 250-400 calories.1

Thank you I try but it seems to be hard. Tho I get full faster but I have been trying to gain good weight and muscle , but don't feel taking any of the powders are good0

This thread should help you then. Its not too hard, you just need to modify the foods you are eating to maintain volume. And don't forget, that drinking calories is allowed. Nothing better than some good chocolate milk after a good workout.0
