Eat it on its own. It's amazing!

Express' come in stock on the 16th

I buy/spend way too much money on them. Love the pizza and cheese ones in particular. And if I'm honest, the chocolate one gets finished the moment I receive it, quite literally just sit there and empty the jar
-
Arla? If so, I actually like all their flavours of the protein yogurt
-
You can put quite a lot on a cone though.....
-
Just baked a cake and ate it all
-
I seem to suck at googling. Can you provide a link to potato fiber please? I just get answers on how much fiber in a potato....

I have started to allocate myself one day a week where I eat something I've been craving - in bulk. But I make sure, as much as possible to keep within my limit/if I go a bit over I won't cry. So for example: If I really really want some brownies or whatever, but realistically know buying a small box and 'portioning' them…

This will sound stupid but what is meant by 'snow'?

So I've seen ice cream fluff take this thread by storm. Those who make it on the regular/have 'perfected' it - what is your go to or favourite?

It's good fun, unfortunately for me the mono lasted about 30 mins as I ran out of nutella
-
It's just a mono diet. You can do the exact same thing with nutella if you wanted
-
Some people like them, some people don't. I like them as I like volume and on their own they taste bland (need to rinse thoroughly first), because of that, it can blend with any food I add it to or sauces/spices
-
It's what I do. Buy a box of cookies, crumble them all up and eat it all guilt free...... I wish it worked like that :(

Agreed about the munching on veggies. When I feel like I eating for no reason and kind find a way to NOT want to eat (tried drink/gum etc. already) then having some Spinach should not be a punishment - the times I do go overboard on other stuff instead makes me feel terrible so if anything, when I munch 'needlessly' on…
-
Yeah that's a pain and for that reason I actually stopped too. Also maybe I am getting better/lazy at eye balling things (if I make them myself). As I use a lot of the same ingredients I THINK I have a decent indication if it's too much or too little
-
I don't believe so in the long run (you may have more water meaning the numbers on the scale look a bit higher than hoped) but for me it has a massive impact on how I look - I can bloat up, look like The Michelin Man
-
What was your method for this? Sorry if you already posted previously
-
That's what I thought, it kind of felt like the meal timing debate - doesn't matter when you eat as long as it fits in/doesn't ruin your pattern etc. I was just slightly concerned that any benefit I had from the exercise may be diminished by going to bed for like 7 hours. But then again, why would it? It's just a different…
-
Daft question, so forgive me. Ever since I went back to having volume meals I feel it takes me more to get full/satisfied. Does your stomach expand again or something or is it just a mental thing?

Walking is more than good enough exercise. The kitchen is 90% the battle
-
It should be fine but what are your goals? Your picture makes it seem you are fine - as in don't need to lose weight but your diary is showing you eating at less than 1000 cals a day - on the Sunday for example you had less than 400 cals and you in general seem to burn a lot of calories. Not saying you are, but as someone…

Just ask yourself how sustainable it is. If you can do this for a long time without giving into a craving or unexpected treat, not feel weak/tired after a few weeks then go for it and see how it goes. But personally I know it wouldn't work for me (or doesn't even based on what I'm doing now). The more I restrict the worse…

Seems always so expensive to buy from iherb. Any product there that is your absolute must buy?

Sorry no picture but: 200g Tofu (not normally a fan of it over Quorn but thought why not after having it a lot in Asia) 200g Baby Potatoes diced Half a Pepper Half an Onion 75g Sweetcorn Chillies Cook and season together, add a splash of Soy Sauce and I added a good chunk of chilli sauce. Huge amount and absolutely…

None. Just stick to a deficit, your bank balance/future you will thank you

Its stronger than the others I feel, so just try a few drops in water first to get your proportion for your sweet tooth correct but its well worth it. I essentially put a variety of flavours, 1 per bottle, in my milk when I buy it and basically have that flavoured milk to go!
-
Oh yes, that's a good one. Flavourings and seasonings, absolute life savers. Also learn so much more about the variety. Being from the UK its expensive but Flavorgod seasoning, particularly chocolate has been develish. I have nearly finished off a bottle in 2 days!

The Chocolate Peanut Butter is amazing. Strawberry is also fantastic
-
The yogurt to milk swap, is that in all recipes or just for certain things? I'd have imagined it would change the texture of whatever you were making a fair bit no? Also, whilst not as good as the US famed Halo Top, Opponent Ice Cream in the UK is pretty decent in terms of calories. A whole tub of their most calorific ice…
