Won the "fat boy" contest at work this month, down 30 lbs in 2 months. Down another 5 since, March is looking good. The little victories on the scale helps, weigh everyday same time, same outfit, first thing in the morning. Seems to be keeping me honest.

It's all about the little victories. The journey is as all journeys are 1 step at a time. I find every few days there is a small victory on the weight loss journey. Whether it be down the next pound, another notch tighter on the belt, a little less pain in your knee, a little less winded, etc. Re-concentrated my efforts…

This week, getting below 15lbs lost. Got up this morning 15.1lbs. Nice. Next week, below 235 or maybe my clothes fitting better, feeling more comfortable, less aches and pains. So many goals, all short and sweet and all heading towards the big one... One step at a time.

Every 5 pound increment I pass by. Oh ya and the reduction of pain in my knee and winning this months prize in the fat-boy weight challenge. If you look the are so many mini goals that can help drive your motivation and ambition if you stay on course.
