I usually only go every two to three days but i noticed my tummy is happier with what im eating now. Celiac diagnosis helped

I usually gain about 8 lbs bloated weight then lose it all plus more when it ends

I am just working towards 200 right now but will probably adjust that when i get there. Apparently 130lbs is target for a 5'6" woman. Don't know if i would look okay like that. I was never that light

Personally if i don't work that day I'll usually skip bf myself. I'm just not hungry that early

I have endometriosis so i can relate. Any sexual activity makes me bleed for all day the next day

Most of the time i bake my food. As far as i can tell the recipes are accurate for calories. I'm actually attempting to follow a two week weight loss diet right now. So i would think the spices and whatnot are included in the calorie values. That's my hope anyway

It's just called mom's vegetable soup. It was a weight watchers recipe i followed. According to the nutrition info it's only 64 calories a serving
