Brown rice vs white rice
I switched into whole grain items when i started my weight loss journey. I am just having problems with one food. I really like rice with dinner but seem to not be digesting brown rice. Is white rice really that bad for you? I have some food sensitivity so rice is quite a staple food for me.

Can't eat that much
I started my healthy lifestyle change last week but feel like i can't even eat the required amount of calories per day in a nutritious way. Is there a lot of harm in skipping some stuff? I just don't know if i can eat as much food as is on my meal plan to even make 1000 calories.

Losing too fast?
I'm new here so hello! I have a kind of basic question. I started at 296lbs and I'm 5'6". I lost 7 lbs in one week eating at between 12-1500 calories a day with 30 minute workouts plus walking every day. Is there such a thing as too much weight loss? Maybe it's because i just started?
